2. File Uploads & Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload, use, and manufacture any 3D files submitted to our platform.
We do not check files for intellectual property or copyright violations. You agree that any files you submit do not infringe on third-party rights.
3. Order Acceptance
Submitting a file or receiving a quote does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to reject any order due to technical, legal, or production limitations.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are provided via our instant quote system or manually by our team.
Payments must be completed before production begins.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
5. Manufacturing Tolerances
Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in color, texture, size, or surface finish may occur. These are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.
6. Turnaround Time
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by material supply, machine availability, or shipping providers are outside our control.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If a part is defective due to manufacturing error, we will review and may reprint or refund at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
3D Print Core is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or parts produced.
All parts are provided “as-is” and should be tested by the customer before use in critical applications.
9. Confidentiality
All customer files and information are treated as confidential and used only for manufacturing and order fulfillment.
